The annual Information and Communication Technology (ICT) conference and exhibition was initiated in 2002 under the banner of BusinessWorld, from the house of ABP Pvt.Ltd. Infocomm 09-10, was held from January 20-23, 2010 in the Salt Lake Stadium Kolkata.

The Exhibition provides a quality platform for the world’s best technology vendors to exhibit, connect and conduct business with partners, buyers, and sellers from India and abroad. Various segments at the Exhibition include Hardware, Software, Communications, Electronics, Services, Infrastructure, Digital Lifestyle and Education.

Webel DQE Animation Academy had put up a stall in the Education Pavilion of Infocom. The stall was attractively done up with mounted flexes comprising of various productions executed by DQ, backdrop of the academy and standees. The DQ showreel was played through the plasma screen and attracted a huge crowd into the stall. The participation had an encouraging response.. Visitors who attended our stall appreciated on the courses that we are offering in animation, the way that the courses were explained and quite a few showed an interest in the programs. The participants in this pavilion were SQL Star, Rice Inotech, State Bank of India, Vforce Global, NIIT, TTIS etc to name a few.

Infocom has provided us with an encouraging platform not only in terms of brand building but also in terms of career enrolments.
